Demonstrated background in developing and deriving HR initiatives, conducting operational analysis, revamping/upgrading HR structure, and maintaining devised KPIs. Able to establish and implement business strategies, policies and procedures. Adept at building, leading, training, and motivating cross-functional, multicultural teams for performance improvement.

With over 29 years of experience in Human Resources and Internal Communications in different multinational companies, Cecile has worked in a variety of industries such as Technology, Telecommunications, FMCG, Contact Centers, BPO, Hospitality, Service and Manufacturing across Latin America, Caribbean, Europe and Asia. Adept in providing innovative, strategic and tactical business solutions while driving a highly collaborative culture in multicultural environments, she has worked for companies such as Samsung Electronics, Dell Computers, Unilever, Digicel, Ooredoo Myanmar and Stream Global Services, among others. Currently, Cecile is the Founder or Tangram, HR Consulting providing services in human resources areas and transformational coaching.

Cecile has studies in Organizational Psychology and currently finalizing her EMBA with UAE Business School in Barcelona. She also has a Yellow Belt (Six Sigma) and certifications in Transformational Coaching, Business Process Improvement, LEAN Methodology and Business Administration among others.
