Ahmad is a passionate and an authentic Human Capital (HC) consultant who challenge the status quo to enhance Human Capital practices within clients’ environment, doing it for the last 15 years is enjoyment to him.

 

Ahmad was working as a Human Capital Consulting Manager in Deloitte Middle East based out in Riyadh and supporting GCC region and worked on private and public sector engagements.

Ahmad approaches HC engagements with full understanding of the business and industryspecifics, not for the sake of change the HC practices at client organization, also prefers to work hand-in-hand, shoulder-to-shoulder with client’s teams(s) until he makes sure that value is delivered, and knowledge has been transferred to guarantee that client is capable to sustain the change.

Prior joining Deloitte, Ahmad was the HR Consultant with Nokia Siemens Networks for Sub region GCC and East Africa, rolling out HC projects related to Merger and Acquisition, Workforce planning, Talent Management, Change management activities, HR function maturity assessment, Benefits Harmonization, and Reward systems.

Ahmad’s recent achievements were developing and implementing a succession management program for Rail entity in GCC, in addition to develop HR policy, performance management, salary benchmarking, leadership development program, workforce segmentation, bonus scheme, and competence management framework.

 

Ahmad has worked further on widening his HR experience by attending ‘HR Strategy in Transforming organizations’ executive education program at London Business School in UK, along with being a certified Holistic Life, Career, and Executive Coach, Goal Imagery Institute, US, Certified Human Capital Strategist (HCS), HCI, US, Certified Strategic Workforce Planner (SWP), HCI, US, Building Meaningful Analytics, HCI, US.
