Tarek is a solid HR entrepreneur who had a vision of reshaping the Human Resources industry by introducing a new HR consultancy concept that would truly leverage the industry and benefit stakeholders. He was fortune to start his HR passion in Pfizer Middle East region where he spent most of his HR journey, his experience was professionally shaped from both the Regional/Local dimension and the CoE/Generalist dimension, as he progressed through many roles covering all countries of the middle east as a Center of Expertise for the C&B and Payroll Management and also other roles covering a generalist HR perspective for the whole organization of Pfizer Egypt where he was heading HR Business Partners to support company success.
Tarek possess experience with 360 HR including Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, C&B, HRIS, Manpower planning and overall HR functions, he is very much interested in the HR as he has developed an ability to understand and react to different approaches of all functions and passed through huge Business Module Restructures, Merger, Acquisition, Spin-Off, Selling Business, Redundancies, Harmonization and Automations. Having experienced working in complex matrix structures, functional and divisional structures had developed his strategic thinking and business partnership to excel and tolerate fast-paced challenging Environments.
Key achievements for Tarek were restructuring the organization for a fit to grow through remodeling even ways of working in addition to designing competitive C&B structures across countries, also responsibility from HR Perspective of main Mergers and acquisitions that Pfizer attempted during his tenure along with full budgeting experience and systems integration.
Tarek worked further on widening his HR experience by being an MBTI certified assessor along with being a certified NLP practitioner as he believed in the value of both in boosting the HR knowledge through knowing more about the Human side of it.
Tarek’s entrepreneurship extended to more partnerships in the Manufacturing and Agriculture sectors which even added more to his HR knowledge from a Business view perspective and that was key for him to achieve the balance between Organizations objectives and employees' aspirations and that’s what built him as a successful HR professional
