Hanan is a senior HR expert with 30+ years of HR experience within consultation and corporate firms with strong hands-on Total Reward Management, job profiling and grading along with Employment Relations, HRIS and HR business partnering covering all HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, OD and compensation plans.​

Throughout the past years of experience, she contributed successfully in the growth of both Vodafone and Etisalat Egypt as a member of the pre-launch team in both companies and lead the transformation process of Hyde Park Development till reaching group of 4 companies. This is in addition to audit and consultation experience in Arthur Andersen where she played vital role in creating and building the HR function and transforming it from personnel to HR as per Arthur Andersen guidelines to unify all MENA region in one HR guidelines and system.​

In March 2016, Hanan has joined High Return Group where she contributed successfully in re-shaping the propositions of High Return and provided consultancy to our top clients​.
