Wael is an experienced HR - senior executive. After earlier roles including Head of HR with Vodafone Egypt, HR Director with Henkel Egypt and HR Manager with Americana group in addition to being HR guest speaker and facilitator in several HR forums and worked closely with C-level colleagues, other managers and third-party vendors, he has decided to seek new professional challenge to influence and re-shape the HR field and its community by re-shaping the impact of HR within different sizes of business.
Throughout the past 25 Years Wael built a wealth of HR strategic and hands – on practices covering most of HR sub-functions and holding several managerial and leadership roles.
Having several skills and grown diversified experiences include HR leadership, development & implementation of HR strategy, cost reduction projects, headcount
re-sizing projects, rewards & retention, driving organizational change, the development of new policies & procedures, job analysis/evaluation, talent-acquisition, succession planning, psychometric testing, well-being management, training, performance management/coaching, employee relations/labor law and facilities management.
Wael has an HR Management Diploma from the American University in Cairo, certified as Talent Management expert from Institute of Organization Development (IOD)- USA, Strategic workforce planner from Henley Business school – UK, certified job evaluator from Hay Group and Towers Watson and Occupational Personality Testing OPQ32 - SHL UK
Wael is also ranked as one of Total Reward Management experts who had several practices and solutions that added positively to the reward management in FMCG and Telecom sectors
