Having a wide knowledge, skills and grown diversified experiences including HR leadership, development  & implementation of HR strategy, design, implementation, and administration of total reward & retention management, employment cost reduction projects, strategic and operational workforce planning,  organizational sizing and re-sizing projects, driving organizational change, the design and implementation of new policies & procedures, job analysis/evaluation, talent-acquisition & management, succession planning, psychometric testing, wellness programs, training, performance management, coaching, employee relations, labor law, and employee's facilities management. 

After earlier roles including Head of HR with Vodafone Egypt, HR Director with Henkel Egypt, and HR Manager with Americana group in addition to being HR guest speaker and facilitator in several HR forums and worked closely with C-level executives, other managers, and third-party vendors, he has decided to seek new professional challenge to influence and re-shape the HR field and its community by re-shaping the impact of HR within different sizes of business.

He has co-established an HR Consultancy and Executive search company High Return Group, which provides the business and HR community with unique HR consultancy, Recruitment, HR capabilities training & development, and HR Digital products and services

Wael is considered one of the Total Reward Management experts who had several practices and solutions that added positively to reward management in the FMCG and Telecom sectors
