Wael is a strategic HR expert who brings 25+ years of diversified experience within multinational, Regional and national pharmaceutical and healthcare companies in learning, development and strategic human resource management as Bristol Myers Squibb, Eli Lilly, Andalusia for Medical Service, EGPI, and Enlife Healthcare. In addition to that he executed training projects and consulting services in cooperation with government, private sectors and NGOs.

He combines academic qualifications as well as  hands on experience for all HR functions, including formulating and executing HR systems -policies and activities- that produce the employee competencies and behaviors the organization needs to achieve its strategic goals.

His exposure to new business start-up; launching new concepts and services, change management, developing strategic plans, controlling tactical plans, leading, motivating and controlling teams toward objectives accomplishment, enabled him to hold several leadership and executive positions.

Wael believes in the importance and value of human capital and focused on how to optimize it through a distinct and unique perspective of learning and development in alignment with managing the performance of employees and the organization through an integrated system of communication and feedback based on company vision to achieve the organization’s goals and maximize its profitability and thus its value.
